Terms of Service

By accessing or using DesignUXD ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use DesignUXD. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

DesignUXD provides AI-assisted design and UX audit tools, including critiques of user interface screens and brand assets such as logos and banners. Audits are generated using automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes. They represent automated, qualitative assessments and do not constitute professional design, legal, accessibility-compliance, or business advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on audit outputs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abuse.

The Service operates on a credit system and/or subscription plans. Credits are consumed when audits are run. Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice for future purchases.

Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable. Once credits are used, they are not eligible for refund. Where an audit fails to complete due to a technical error on our side, the associated credit is automatically returned to your balance. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not have the right to submit; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use the Service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting outputs; or (e) exceed or circumvent usage limits and safeguards.

You retain ownership of the designs, images, and files you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service (including transmitting it to our AI processing provider to generate audits). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DesignUXD and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including cloud hosting, AI processing, and payment processing). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers, and your use may also be subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that audit outputs are accurate, complete, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignUXD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Lebanon.
