This Privacy Policy explains how DesignUXD ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. By using DesignUXD, you agree to this Policy.

• Account information: your email address and authentication details (e.g., when you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your email and basic profile information).
• Content you upload: designs, screenshots, images, PDFs, and links you submit for auditing ("Your Content").
• Usage data: information about how you use the Service, such as audits run, credits used, and projects created.
• Payment information: when you purchase, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; generate audits; manage your account, credits, and subscriptions; process payments; communicate with you about the Service; prevent abuse and secure the platform; and comply with legal obligations.

To generate audits, Your Content (images, files, and related text) is transmitted to our AI processing provider for analysis. This processing occurs solely to produce your audit results. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not sell Your Content.

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:

• Hosting & database: our cloud infrastructure and database provider stores your account data and audit records.
• AI processing: our AI provider processes uploaded content to generate audits.
• Payments: our payment processor handles transactions and billing.

These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and core functionality. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We retain your account data and audit history for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account, which removes your associated data, subject to any retention required for legal or operational reasons (e.g., transaction records).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data in-app (including deleting your account) or contact us to exercise these rights.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
